Sun Life Financial conducts online campaign

Toronto-based Sun Life Financial has begun an online campaign in support of its retirement planning services. The promotion consists of a series of videos posted to Sunlife.ca and YouTube.com. The videos, which seek to demonstrate the role of a financial advisor in the retirement planning process, take the form of a newscast. "Underlying these light-hearted videos is the message that obtaining financial advice is important," said Kevin Strain, senior vice-president of individual insurance and investments at Sun Life. "Meeting with an advisor or finding information online to help educate you doesn't cost anything and the results could mean a world of difference to your personal financial plan." The campaign was developed by Second City Communications.
