Colleen Jay and Frances Roberts have been promoted to marketing directors at Procter & Gamble Inc. of Toronto. Jay will be responsible for managing tissue, towel and facial paper products. Roberts will be responsible for managing diapers, feminine hygiene and adult incontinence products. Previously, both Jay and Roberts were marketing managers.
