Mercedes-Benz Canada has constructed a new website promoting its GLK sport utility vehicle, recently introduced in this country. The site, located at <http://www.mercedes-benz.ca/glk>, uses the tagline, "Where Do You See Yourself?" It offers product information and a "personality profiler" which visitors can use to select an image that appears as the background of the site. "A key objective of the site was to provide prospective customers with an emotional connection to the GLK, as well as to celebrate the style and uniqueness that the vehicle clearly possesses," said Mark Forsyth, manager of interactive marketing at Mercedes-Benz Canada. "This is one of our hippest and edgiest vehicles to date and we wanted to offer an experience that echoes the values of this demographic."
