Virtue joins Canadian Marketing Association

The Toronto-based Canadian Marketing Association has appointed Steve Virtue to the position of manager of government relations. He will head the association's advocacy activities on issues such as digital marketing, spam, consumer privacy, marketing to children and deceptive marketing practices. Virtue was most recently corporate communications manager at the Hamliton-Wentworth District School Board. He has also been a consultant to the Government of Ontario and president of Humber College.
