Bowden becomes president of Consumer Impact Marketing

David Bowden has been appointed president of Toronto-based Consumer Impact Marketing. Bowden was most recently senior vice-president at Direct Energy. Prior to that, he was president of consumer services at Sprint Canada and the founder of Empori.com. He has also worked at Labatt, Canada Post, Bata and Warner Lambert. "CIM's growth is at a stage where we required additional senior leadership," said company CEO Michael Smith. "While the majority of our clients are Canadian-based, they were demanding a North American vision and global solutions."
