Passage: Louis Cahill

Louis Cahill passed away on Nov. 12 at the age of 94. In 1946 he founded the public relations firm Ontario Editorial Bureau, now OEB Enterprise, in St. Catharines, ON. Cahill was also a founding member of the Worldcom Group network of independent public relations companies.He also played a key role in the founding of Brock University in St. Catharines. Cahill was a recipient of the Philip Novikoff Award for lifetime achievement and the Distinguished Service Award from the Canadian Public Relations Society.
