Lucid Group sends new assignment to Glue Solutions

Calgary-based Glue Solutions has developed a marketing campaign for the launch of Lucid Block, a commercial real estate development at the corner of Barlow Trail and 27th Ave. "The Barlow and 32nd Ave. corridor has never been known for its eye grabbing architecture," said agency president Fiona Friesen. "With our multilayered marketing launch of Lucid Block we hope to change that perception." The campaign consists of a two-month, Calgary-centric marketing effort involving newspaper advertising, billboards, transit train wraps and new website located at <http://www.lucidcommercial.com>. The creative is based on the visual design of the development and portrays the building as a future architectural landmark in the city. The Calgary-based Lucid Group of Companies first hired Glue in May to produce marketing materials for a condominium project in St. Petersburg, Florida.
