Futura Loyalty Group forms agreement with Environics Analytics

Toronto-based loyalty program operator Futura Loyalty Group has formed an association with Environics Analytics. Through this arrangement, Futura's clients will be able to access reports combining data from Futura and the databases and mapping tools of Environics. The intent is to allow clients to better understand who their customers are, what their buying patterns are and how to use their marketing resources more effectively, according to the company. "The value proposition [Futura] has developed for the small and medium business sector is unique and compelling," said Jan Kestle, president of Environics Analytics. "The addition of our value-added data and reporting functionality to their merchant offering creates a comprehensive, turnkey solution for business owners that is unrivaled in the marketplace."
