Nonpareil opens in Toronto

A new marketing firm called Nonpareil has opened in Toronto. The consulting company will specialize in marketing to women. Its services will include new product development, advertising campaigns and human resource strategies aimed at female personnel. The company was founded by Susan Carr-Carey and Elizabeth Kuzmas. Carr-Carey was most recently president of direct marketing agency MC Direct. Kuzmas has been part of the Prime Ministers Task Force for Women Entrepreneurs, Women In Capital Markets and the Canadian Association of Women Executives & Entrepreneurs. "We believe that to assist clients successfully with the development and execution of female-centric strategies, you must provide proven experience in all aspects of the business model," said Carr-Carey. "Our business model is predicated on the reality that to effectively develop strategies and business models, you must be able to provide expertise in a variety of operational areas, which ultimately provide the framework for the subsequent creation of effective advertising campaigns."
