GROCERY STORES GAINING LOYALTY FROM SHOPPERS
By Adnews Staff
Two out of three Canadian shoppers, or 66%, say they are loyal to their grocery store, according to a study by the Canadian Council of Grocery Distributors. This compares to 53% who were considered loyal customers in a 1993 study.
