Ruffo becomes chief strategy officer at Cossette

Monica Ruffo has been appointed executive vice-president and chief strategy officer at Montreal-based Cossette Communication Group. In addition to implementing the agency's corporate strategy, she will lead some of the firm's accounts and participate in new business development. Ruffo was most recently president of Nucleus Strategic Core Properties, a Cossette business unit specializing in brand strategy.
