Metropolis at Metrotown continues Shopping City campaign

Vancouver shopping centre Metropolis at Metrotown has released a new phase in its ongoing "Shopping City" advertising campaign. The campaign, developed by Traction Creative Communications of Vancouver, makes use of animated mannequins in its creative. The executions depict mannequins in various poses and displaying various products. "Traction's challenge was to leverage the success of the existing campaign by being innovative in building the brand equity," said Lisa Eaton, the agency's director of client services. "Replacing the original photographed mannequins with animated renderings has added a new level of sophistication to the campaign." The initiative includes print, television, radio, billboard, online and poster advertising.
