Cossette shuffles board

John Bernbach has resigned from the board of directors of Cossette Communication Group, citing possible future business conflicts. He was chairman of the board's human resources and corporate governance committee for the past four years. Board member Monic Houde will take over these responsibilities. Anthony Miller has joined the board to fill Bernbach’s position. Miller has been chairman of McCann Erickson North America and vice-chair of McCann World Group, among other positions.
