Savers Plus to promote The Bulldog in North America

Savers Plus International of Richmond Hill, ON has formed a three-year agreement with Sports Science Nutrition of Rhode Island to be the North American marketing agency of record for energy drink brand The Bulldog. The $2 million account will be serviced by Savers Plus and its marketing division ThinkScene. Half of this amount will consist of shares in Sports Science Nutrition. Sports Science Nutrition is the exclusive distributor of the Bulldog brand in North America. The product was launched in Holland by The Bulldog hotel chain in 1997. North American retail programs and marketing efforts for the brand will begin before the end of the year. The launch effort will include a word-of-mouth campaign using the Internet and mobile phones, supported by in-store materials and conventional advertising.
