Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders begins campaign

The Toronto-based Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders has begun a television advertising campaign to promote its “accredited mortgage professional” designation. Thirty-second commercials in English and French will air nationally on CBC Newsworld, CTV Newsnet, Comedy Network and RDI from Sept. 18 to Dec. 10. The ads encourage Canadians to use one of the 3,000 professionals who have been accredited by the institute when arranging a mortgage.
