Van Houtte launches loyalty program

Montreal-based coffee company Van Houtte has introduced a new customer loyalty program called Club Javanation. The online program offers participants discounts, special promotions and sample offers through the company’s website at <>. The program also includes a referral system for recommending products to other people and automatic reminders for recurring orders. “The Club Javanation program allows us to build one-to-one relationships with those customers,” said Joseph Audi, director of marketing at Van Houtte. “The introduction of this program is a natural addition to our transactional site.” Van Houtte launched its online store in 2002.
