Ontario Harness Horse Association hires Launch Brand Marketing

Toronto-based Launch Brand Marketing has been appointed agency of record by the Ontario Harness Horse Association. The assignment, which is expected to last two to three years, will focus on branding harness racing in the province. According to John Walzak, the association’s chief operating officer, hiring a new agency is part of the organization’s ongoing multi-phase marketing program. “The consensus from the research is that it is time for a new marketing approach that will highlight the sport and encourage growth in our fan and revenue base,” said Walzak. Launch will develop a brand concept for the organization and test its implementation in limited markets.
