Ontario engineers retain GCI Canada

The Ontario Society of Professional Engineers has retained Toronto-based public relations agency GCI Canada. The agency will work to raise awareness of the organization in the province and increase its membership through an integrated communications program. The campaign will be part of the society's effort to become a more public advocate of issue that affect professional engineers. "GCI Canada's clear understanding of our association's goals, the media and their strong focus on measurable results made them a natural fit for OSPE," said Chris Cragg, president of the society. "We are very excited to be working with a public relations firm of this caliber as we actively seek a much larger pubic profile for the association and educate Ontarians about the contributions professional engineers have made to Ontario."
