Torchia Communications hires El-Achhab

Public relations firm Torchia Communications of Toronto has hired Rachelle El-Achhab as a consultant. El-Achhab was previously a communications officer at the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board and public affairs assistant for the Region of Peel. At Torchia, she will work on a number of foodservice, consumer packaged goods, automotive and beauty products accounts.
