New marketing manager at Choice Hotels Canada

Toronto-based Choice Hotels Canada has appointed Julie Chan-McConnell to the position of national marketing manager. She will help execute national marketing efforts, develop strategic marketing partnerships, implement loyalty marketing initiatives and oversee the hotel chain's loyalty program in Canada. Chan-McConnell was most recently marketing manager at A&P Canada. She also spent 14 years in various marketing positions at Dollar Thrifty Car Rental, eventually reaching the position of marketing manager.
