Dentsu Canada adds eight

Toronto-based Dentsu Canada has added eight new staff members. Deborah Prenger has been hired as senior art director. She has also worked as an art director at McCann-Erickson, Roche Macaulay & Partners, Ammirati Puris and Zig. Glen Hunt has been appointed to the position of creative catalyst. Hunt was previously at Bensimon Byrne. Andy Shortt has been appointed co-creative director on the firm's Toyota account. He was most recently creative director of Push. Mark Wyeth has joined the agency as media manager for the Lexus account. His previous media work has been for MediaVest Worldwide, M2 Universal and OMD. Carson Ting has been hired as an intermediate art director on the Lexus and Toyota accounts, among others. Ting has previously been an art director at Ambrose Carr Linton Carroll, Grey Worldwide Advertising and Due North Communications. Scott Morden has been appointed Lexus account supervisor. He has previously been an account manager at Communique and ACLC. Amanda Loughran has joined Dentsu as a producer. She was previously a producer at Zig and an assistant producer at Ammirati Puris. Lisa Boffo has been hired as a communications coordinator. She previously worked at an independent production company.
