Volkswagen conducts Passat parking garage campaign in Montreal

Automaker Volkswagen has begun an out-of-home campaign in Montreal to promote the 2006 Passat sedan. The eight-week campaign began on Sept. 12. The creative consist of 20 billboards measuring 9'x9' placed in the parking garages of 12 Montreal office buildings. Each billboard is wrapped in a decal intended to create the illusion that a real vehicle is parked there. The ads were created by Palm Arnold Communication, while the media was provided by Zoom Media. "The environment was ideal to reach high-end decision makers. The creative concept was original and well adapted to the context," said Claudette Valois of Palm Arnold.
