Crown Royal begins Grey Cup online promotion

Alcohol company Diageo has begun a joint promotion with the Canadian Football League called "The Crown Royal Crowning Moment." Crown Royal is the official spirit of the league. During the promotion, Canadians will be invited to vote in an online poll at CFL.ca for the greatest Grey Cup play of all time. The CFL has posted video clips of ten plays from Grey Cup games from 1954 to 1997 at this site. The winning play will be announced in November prior to the 2005 Grey Cup game in Vancouver. Participants in the poll will be entered into a draw for prizes including a Grey Cup party for ten, plus CFL and Crown Royal merchandise.
