By Adnews Staff
Points International of Toronto has formed an agreement with Loyalty Lab of San Francisco by which retailers using Loyalty Lab's service will be able to provide their customers access to the various loyalty programs which are part of Points.com. Loyalty Lab's service allows retailers to operate loyalty and relationship marketing programs without purchasing any of the necessary technical infrastructure. Points.com allows consumers to earn and trade loyalty points from approximately 25 loyalty programs, including Aeroplan, the American Airlines AAdvantage program, Asia Miles, Cendant TripRewards, Delta SkyMiles, the Gold Points Reward Network, the Intercontinental Hotels Group Priority Club and Starbucks. "Loyalty Lab has made it simple for any retailer to create a robust loyalty program equivalent in quality to some of the best programs we're seeing out there," said Christopher Barnard, president of Points International. "We feel that their ability to add partners to their rewards platform and thereby allow their partners to quickly join Points.com will benefit both companies greatly."
