New marketing vice-president at SmarTire Systems

SmarTire Systems of Richmond, BC has appointed David Warkentin vice-president of sales and marketing. Previously he was vice-president of sales and marketing at Intrinsyc Software International. He has also worked at Glenayre Technologies, John Fluke Manufacturing and Silent Witness. SmarTire develops vehicle tire pressure monitoring systems.
