Calona Vineyards promotes Artist Series

British Columbia winery Calona Vineyards has released a new campaign for its Artist Series product line in western Canada. The campaign, created by MacLaren McCann of Vancouver, promotes the Artist Series as quality BC wine that "reflects the casual yet inspired nature of the people and the province." An in-store campaign will begin this month and run through the fall to support the print advertising that broke earlier this summer. "We developed the idea of reflections in order to link the wine characteristics with the easy-going and social characteristics of the B.C. lifestyle," said Hagan Ainsworth, vice-president and creative director at MacLaren McCann. "The creative is a simple and fun way to appropriately position this easy-going brand." The initiative will run until the end of the year.
