Abcon Media adds Marques-Pereira

Abcon Media of Toronto has hired Celia Marques-Pereira as senior account manager for its Boom-Ad advertising product. She has spent the last seven years at TBWA Chiat/Day and MacLaren McCann, working on the accounts of Rogers Wireless, Microsoft and General Motors.
