New general manager at Omni TV BC

Rogers Media Television has promoted Terry Mahoney to the position of general manager at Omni TV in British Columbia. Mahoney has spent 30 years in the television business. He has also been a magazine writer and columnist. Omni TV BC is a newly re-branded station resulting from Rogers' purchase of Now TV. Rogers will also assume ownership of a yet-to-be launched Omni station in Winnipeg.
