Rare Method buys Push

Calgary-based interactive agency Rare Method has purchased Push, an advertising agency also based in Calgary. The price included shares and cash, with the promise of further shares if revenue milestones are met over the next three years. Push clients include Star Choice, Moxies Classic Grill, the Calgary Board of Education, Qualico Communities and Stepper Custom Homes. The company's average revenue per year for the past three years has been approximately $1.1 million.
