Freimond becomes BC general manager of Hill & Knowlton

Chris Freimond has been appointed general manager of Hill & Knowlton in British Columbia. Freimond has been vice-president and acting general manager of the Vancouver-based office since November. He joined the firm as vice-president of public relations for British Columbia in February of 2004. Meaghan Benmore has been hired as a senior consultant at the Vancouver office. For the past four years she has been a consultant at Porter Novelli Canada in Vancouver. Mahafrine Petigara has been hired as an assistant consultant in Vancouver. She recently graduated from the public relations program at Kwantlen University College.
