Winners begins new television campaign

Clothing retailer Winners will break a new television commercial today, the first in a series produced by its new agency of record, Ogilvy & Mather of Toronto. The agency won the account in a review that took place late last year. "This was a great victory for us, a fun one to win, and it gets us back into retail and fashion," said agency CEO Dennis Stief. "Winners was on board with our creative direction, and what viewers will see on television is virtually what was presented in our pitch to them." The national campaign will run in English and French through the year. The creative depicts real-life situations that illustrate the value of Winners products.
