Award show roundup

Target Marketing & Communications of St. John's won the Best in Show Platinum Award at the recent Crystal Awards, presented by the Radio Marketing Bureau. The campaign, for the 2004 Nickel Film and Video Festival, also received a Gold award in the Agency Campaign category, while the ad "Andy Jones" from that campaign won the Gold Agency Single award. Rogers Media station JACK-FM of Toronto took the Gold Station Single award for a WKD Vodka Blue ad called "Waterloo Kitchen Drummers," while Corus Radio of Calgary won the Gold Station Campaign category for the Blaskin and Lane "Questions" campaign.
