MCMILLAN HIRED BY OKANAGAN SPRING, LEDINGHAM DESIGN

McMillan of Vancouver has been hired by Okanagan Spring Brewery of Vernon, BC to create a new Web site for the beer maker. The agency won the assignment in a competition involving several other Vancouver firms. The brewery made its decision on Nov. 11. Ledingham Design Consultants of Vancouver has also hired McMillan to redesign its Web site. Ledingham is an interior design firm with residential, institutional, and commercial clients. Three other Vancouver agencies were also considered for this assignment in a request for proposals process. McMillan won the account on Nov. 17. As a result of these assignments and other recent new business, the company plans to double the size of its staff in Vancouver next year.
