FORDE MEDIA WORKS AND SEMPLE MEDIA MERGE

Two Toronto media consulting firms, Forde Media Works and Semple Media, have merged their operations to form a new company called Forde & Semple Media Works. Forde Media Works was founded in 2003 by Sherland Forde, formerly president of MediaVest Canada. Its clients included Nestle Canada, Procter & Gamble, Cara Operations, Benjamin Moore and the Government of Canada. Semple Media was founded 12 years ago by George Semple. Its clients included CIBC, Ford, Kraft, L'Oreal and McDonald's. Terry Sheehy, formerly president of Starcom Canada, has also joined the new firm as an associate.
