SHOOT FOR THE TOP OPENS NOT-FOR PROFIT DIVISION

Toronto-based television and video production company Shoot for the Top Productions has created a new division aimed at not-for-profit and charitable organizations called Shoot for the Cause. The division creates fundraising videos, educational videos and public service announcements for organizations in this sector. "Social responsibility is very important to us," said company founder Stephen Gardner. "We know how important it is for organizations to create powerful videos and PSAs that raise awareness of their causes and help raise funds." The division has already done work for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Reena Foundation and Gilda's Club.
