ONTARIO ACCOUNTANTS CONTINUE NAME BRAND CAMPAIGN

The Certified General Accountants of Ontario will continue the advertising campaign known as "Name Brand" for a tenth year. The creative again makes use of the names and faces of real accountants. This year the campaign focuses on the needs of employers and how they can be filled by certified general accountants. Billboard advertising broke in Ontario early this month, using copy such as "We Needed Stronger" and "We Needed Smarter." Print ads will begin running this month in The Globe and Mail and in the National Post in January. Closed captioning sponsorships will run on CTV from October to March 2005. The campaign was created by Clique Communications. Media placement was handled by Media Dimensions.
