MDC HIRES BERNS

MDC Partners has hired Steven Berns as vice-chairman and executive vice-president. He will work at the company's new office in New York. Berns was previously senior vice-president and treasurer at Interpublic Group. He replaces Peter Lewis, who is retiring after ten years with MDC.
