NOKIA OPENS CANADIAN N-GAGE WEB SITE

Nokia Canada has created a Web site for Canadian users of the N-Gage cell phone and game device at <http://www.n-gage.ca> The site will carry Canada-specific news, event listings and retail information for the N-Gage product line in English and French. The site also offers a collection of features from the international n-gage.com site, particularly a player-matching service called N-Gage Arena. "Canada is a unique market and we're doing some unique things for gamers here, like the Nokia Playground Tour," said Nokia Canada general manager Nathalie Le Prohon. The tour initiative, part of the summer promotion for the device, is visiting music, arts and sports events nationally to offer demonstrations of the N-Gage.
