BEANSTALK CHANGES NAME TO GENUMARK

Toronto-based promotional products distributor Beanstalk Canada has changed its name to Genumark Promotional Merchandise as part of a new ownership structure at the company. "Our name is the only material change," said company president Mark Freed. "The transition has been smooth and our entire management, sales and administrative team is intact." There have also been two staff changes at the firm. John Gill, previously finance director, has been made vice-president of finance and administration. David Lewenberg, previously sales director, has become vice-president of sales. Genumark provides promotional products, product design, importing, electronic commerce fulfillment and event marketing. Its clients include Loblaws, CIBC, the Ontario Lottery Corporation, Microsoft Canada, Enmax, SuperPages and Manitoba Telecom Services.
