CFL AND FRITO LAY BEGIN FRITOS FANDEMONIUM PROMOTION

The Canadian Football League and Frito Lay Canada will conduct a third annual Fritos Fandemonium Ultimate Fan Search promotion this year. Ten winners will receive trips for two to the Grey Cup, which will take place in Ottawa this year. The contest began yesterday and will continue until Oct. 22. One fan will be chosen at each of nine CFL games. A tenth winner will be picked in an online draw. Game attendees must register at a Fritos Fandemonium booth two hours before the game. The entrants must convince a judging panel they are the team's ultimate fan. The schedule of participating games has been printed on 5.5 million Fritos bags. In-store displays will also be set up in retail outlets nationally. Additional marketing will include promotion on TSN and RDS, online ads and contest areas on the TSN.ca and RDS.ca Web sites.
