NIKE SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH MIGHTY-MAC

Nike of Beaverton, OR has signed a license agreement with Mighty-Mac Canada through the Haddad Apparel Group. Mighty-Mac will market and distribute Nike-branded children's apparel in Canada. The company has been distributing Nike Team sports apparel in Canada since August 2000. Mighty-Mac will begin shipping the children's products to sports retailers and department stores in the spring of 2005.
