KELLOGG PROMOTES REDUCED SUGAR AND LOW CARB CEREALS

Toronto-based Kellogg Canada is promoting three new cereal varieties called Special K CarbFit, Froot Loops 1/3 Less Sugar and Frosted Flakes 1/3 Less Sugar. The new products went on sale nationally earlier this month. The cereals are being promoted with national television advertising and public relations. Advertising for Special K Carbfit is being done by Toronto-based J. Walter Thompson. Advertising for the new Froot Loops Frosted Flakes is being handled by Leo Burnett of Toronto. Public relations are being provided by Apex Public Relations of Toronto.
