SONY STORE INTRODUCES LOYALTY PROGRAM

Sony of Canada has created a customer loyalty program for Sony Stores called Pulse. A minimum $100 purchase is required to join the program. Members will receive a personalized key tag that will store accumulated points from subsequent perchases. The program will also offer instant win prizes and special benefits. Sony will promote the loyalty program with in-store events, a full-page ad in The Globe and Mail, email advertising and a four-week radio campaign in Toronto. The advertising was prepared by MacLaren McCann of Toronto. The email was created by Sony. Public relations are being handled by Strategic/Ampersand of Toronto.
