HOLMES GAINS THREE CLIENTS

Holmes Creative Communications of Toronto has acquired three new clients: The Distillery Jazz Festival, Epitome Pictures and the Directors Guild of Canada. The agency was hired to handle media and public relations for the Distillery Jazz Festival, which began on Friday, in a review with three other unknown agencies. Epitome hired Holmes to provide media relations services for the television series "Degrassi: The Next Generation." The agency will also handle media for a new series called "Instant Star." The agency has done work for Epitome for two years. The Directors Guild of Canada has retained the agency to develop a public relations campaign and a Web-based system to receive and transmit information from its member directors. Holmes won the job in a competition involving an unknown number of agencies.
