CABLE ASSOCIATION APPLIES TO CRTC TO CARRY FOX NEWS CHANNEL

The Canadian Cable Television Association has submitted an application to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission for permission to carry the Fox News Channel in Canada. Other international news and public affairs channels currently authorized by the CRTC include BBC-World, EuroNews and CNN.
