QUEBECOR MAKES SENIOR MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS

Quebecor has appointed Pierre Karl Peladeau president and CEO of Quebecor World, Serge Gouin president and chief executive of Quebecor Media and Erik Peladeau chairman of the board of Quebecor Media. Peladeau, previously a senior vice-president at Quebecor World, is taking over as chairman from Gouin. Gouin is taking the position of president and CEO of Quebecor Media from Peladeau. Peladeau replaces Jean Neveu, who has been interim president and CEO of Quebecor World since March 2003.
