PURE WOMAN MAGAZINE DEBUTS

Pure Woman Publishing, based in Saskatoon, has launched the first issue of its Pure Woman magazine. The monthly, lifestyle publication for women has a circulation of 30,000. Editorial content features articles on fitness, health, career, nutrition, relationships and sex. Distribution of the issue was controlled with copies available through Chapters and McNally Robinson locations across Saskatchewan. A full page ad cost $4,250. Distribution of the magazine will expand to Alberta in May, British Columbia in September and nationally January 2005. Subscriptions will also be available starting in April. The debut of the magazine was supported with a launch reception, a launch party, radio ads, a billboard sign and media relations. Accompanying the magazine is the <http://www.purewoman.ca> Web site.
