GLOBAL ALLIANCE PICKS NEW CHAIRMAN

The Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communications Management has appointed Jean Valin its chairman for 2004/2005. Valin is the associate director general of communications for the Canadian Department of Justice and past president of the Canadian Public Relations Society.
