GREY CREATES MAALOX MAN FOR NOVARTIS CAMPAIGN

Grey Worldwide of Toronto has created a character called the "Maalox Man" for Novartis Canada. The character appears in a new television advertising campaign promoting Maalox heartburn remedy. The 30-second commercials depict people doing various things when heartburn begins to set in. The Maalox Man arrives, taking over the activity so the person can take the antacid. The ads use the tagline, "Heartburn relief that's there when you need it." The campaign will run nationally through the winter and into the spring.
