NEW MARKETING VP AT MCDONALD'S

Laurie Laykish will become vice-president of marketing at McDonald's Restaurants of Canada on Feb. 1. The company has been without a marketing VP since Neil Everett left the company in November. Laykish was previously at Cossette Communication-Marketing where, as senior vice-president, she led the McDonald's account.
